Lemon Icebox Cheesecake Pie


Ingredients:

1 package Lemon Icebox Cheesecake Pie Dip  --> Lemon Icebox Pie Cheesecake Dip

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed (e.g., Cool Whip)

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)

Fresh lemon slices or zest for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

  • Prepare the Filling:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Lemon Icebox Cheesecake Pie Mix and softened cream cheese.
  • Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add Sweetened Condensed Milk:
  • Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to mix until well blended.
  • Incorporate Vanilla (Optional):
  • Stir in vanilla extract if using.
  • Fold in Whipped Topping:
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  • Fill the Pie Crust:
  • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Chill:
  • Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the filling is firm.
  • Garnish and Serve:
  • Before serving, garnish with fresh lemon slices, zest, or additional whipped topping if desired.
